Customer is fully responsible for any loss or damage to equipment while in their possession. This includes protecting rented items from inclement weather conditions and/or sprinkler systems. Charges will be applied for any broken or missing items. Dirty linen should be shaken free of all debris and tied in a tablecloth to prevent mildew.

Customer assumes all risks regarding the use and operation of the “Rented Equipment” by you and/or anyone else while in your possession. Customer agrees to assume entire responsibility for the defense of, and to pay, indemnify, and hold Garden City Tent harmless from, and release Garden City Tent from, any and all claims for damage to property or bodily injury (including death), or for loss of time and inconvenience resulting from the use, operation and/or possession of “Rented Equipment,” whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage or injury resulted in whole or in-part from our negligence and/or from defective condition of the “Rental Equipment” or from any other cause.
